  • Do you have payment plans available?

    Yes, payment plans are available at check out with 4 interest-free payments over two months using Afterpay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    What is your cancellation policy?

    If you should need to cancel, a 50% refund (minus the deposit) will be issued up to 45 days before the start of the retreat. If you need to cancel within 45 days of the retreat, you will not receive a refund. If we are able to fill your spot, then a credit will be issued and will go to future retreat use.

  • What timing can I expect for the retreat?

    Check-In: Please arrive between 3-5 pm on day your retreat begins. You’ll be able to access your room starting at 3pm. We’ll have a farm tour at 4pm and our Opening Circle will start promptly at 5pm.

    Sunday Check-out: Our retreat will end between 11-12 on Sunday. You must exit your room by 11 am but you will be welcome to stay and enjoy the property and pool until 2 pm.

  • What is your policy around COVID-19?

    We are watching the developments regarding the new COVID-19 variant carefully. If you are feeling unwell or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.

    We will be following County Guidelines. As of March 11th, city guidelines state that yoga studios, gyms, and restaurants do not require masking nor proof of vaccination.

  • What will a typical day look like?

    Exact agenda will differ in each retreat, but you can expect the following:

    Morning

    Tea & coffee

    Morning meditation or practice

    Breakfast

    Workshop

    Afternoon

    Lunch

    Free time for pool, sauna, hottub, roaming the farm, napping

    Workshop

    Evening

    Dinner

    Optional activities like relaxing by the fire pit or hottubbing

    Sleep!

    Note that all activities and workshops are optional and we invite you to spend your time in a way that feels most nourishing to you.

  • What do I need to bring to the weekend retreat?

    We have yoga mats and blankets, but if there are any props that would make your practice more comfortable (eg. meditation cushion or your special blanket from home) you may bring them.

    Comfortable clothing, layers to bundle up (including a rain jacket in case). Comfortable shoes for walking around the property (which includes some dirt road areas) and flip-flops ease around the pool areas.

    Sunscreen - there are so many beautiful outdoor spaces to explore at Be Love Farm.

    Optional: We encourage folks to bring any other necessities that bring comfort (eg journal, books, essential oils - we’ll provide these but feel free to bring your favorites).

    We will have abundant meals and some between meals snacks, but you may optionally bring your own snacks if you’d like to have them on hand.

  • How do I get to Be Love Farm’s property?

    Be Love Farm is located at 7071 Bucktown Ln, Vacaville, CA 95688.

    Driving from the Bay Area:

    Utilize Google or Apple maps. You’ll take I-80 E through Richmond, Vallejo, and Fairfield and take 51A for Lagoon Valley Rd toward Cherry Glen Rd. You’ll stay on this road for 6 miles until you hit the gates of Be Love Farm

    If you are open to carpooling, please email us and we will connect folks in the Greater Bay Area to set up carpools.

    Flying:

    The closest airports are Sacramento Airport (45 miles) Oakland Airport (60 miles from retreat) or San Francisco International Airport (68 miles away). We recommend either renting a car from the airport or taking an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to the property. If you’ll need a Taxi/Lyft/Uber on Sunday leaving the airport to get to the property, please notify the retreat staff so we can set up a ride

  • What meals will be provided?

    Day of Arrival: Dinner

    Full days of Retreat: Morning Tea/Coffee Service, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    Day of Departure: Morning Tea/Coffee Service, Brunch

    Be Love Farm has a market on the property with snacks, chocolate, pastries, salads, soups. You are welcome to purchase these anytime throughout the retreat, including Sunday for lunch as lunch is not provided. Purchases can be made to Be Love Farm through Venmo.

    All meals will have abundant options and be friendly for folks who are vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. We are happy to make accomodations. If you have circumstances the retreat staff should know about, please email hello@theoptimistcollective.com
